Shopping online can be difficult. You may not always know what you get! That's OK, we get it. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can receive a full refund by shipping the unopened product back in its original packaging to 330 Rayford Rd., Ste. 755, Spring, TX 77373 within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 330 Rayford Rd., Ste. 755, Spring, TX 77373.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase, however, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All Complimentary Shipping falls within the Standard Shipping Rate Class which includes but is not limited to USPS Priority & First Class Mail. If you need to receive your package by a certain date then we recommend opting for upgraded shipping at checkout which offers faster and more guaranteed arrival dates.
We make every effort to package our orders with sufficient protection from damage during transit. Once the package is delivered to the carrier we are no longer liable for any damage that should occur during transit. In the event that damage occurs you may contact the carrier and request reimbursement for the cost of the item. All carriers including USPS offer complimentary insurance up to $50. You will need to provide contact information, purchase date, and other information located on your order summary. You may also be asked to provide a photo of proof of the damaged item.
